Our Payment Solutions
Pet Insurance Made Simple
We are proud to be a GapOnly® enabled clinic. This innovative service reviews and calculates your pet insurance claim while you are still at the clinic.
How it works: Instead of paying the full invoice upfront and waiting weeks for a reimbursement, we lodge the claim on the spot.
The Benefit: Once approved (usually within 10 minutes), you simply pay the gap—the difference between our invoice and your insurance benefit—and head home.

Flexible Financing
If you need to spread the cost of treatment over time, we offer VetPay. This specifically designed veterinary financial service helps you provide the best care for your pet with manageable payment plans.
Fast Approvals: Applications can be completed online or in-clinic with a quick response time.
Flexible Terms: Pay for your pet’s treatment via fortnightly or monthly direct debits after an initial deposit.
Pensioner
Discount
We are proud to support our local community. Nimble Vets provides a 10% discount on services for pensioners.
To Redeem: Simply present a valid pensioner card at the time of payment to receive your discount.
In-Clinic Payments
For all standard consultations and treatments, we require accounts to be finalised at the time of your visit.
